"A Chief and His Ship" Gildan Unisex Hoodie

$42.00
Chief Water Tender Peter Tomich led Sailors in a way we should all aspire to. During the attack on Pearl Harbor, the USS Utah was sinking and his Sailors were abandoning ship. Knowing he needed to secure the boilers to prevent an explosion and allow time for his shipmates to escape, he went down with the ship to ensure they had that. His Medal of Honor resides in the building bearing his name at the US Navy's Senior Enlisted Academy, Tomich Hall, in Newport, RI.
