Returns Policy
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
The return address is the address the item was shipped from. If you choose to return an item, the shipping cost will be refunded to you (at the rate of the cheapest method offered by USPS).
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment (if and as applicable).
Returned by Customer - Please email us prior to submitting a return, we do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Size exchanges will be considered though you will be liable for re-shipment costs. If an evaluation to verify whether the product was used or destroyed, even if partial, discovers that it was used/destroyed, a refund will not issued.
